Outdoor Pool Repair:

  • Upon our inspection to the cracks included over the pool walls and floor, we specified the engineering process for repair. 
  • In addition to the technical engineering involvement, Our scope included also preparing the contractual documents (CCDC2)
  • Results after repair were impressive, the difference between before and after shows the great added value in this project.

Garage Ramp Repair:

  • The earth pressure and soil settlement were main reasons for having these cracks to appear allover the Ramp sidewalls & floor. 
  • Adding to the challenges, Repair process had to take place while allowing the Garage access for the Condo residence.
  • Condo board of directors and property management members were super satisfied with the accomplished repairs. 

Foundation Crack Repair:

  • This foundation horizontal crack was extended longitudinally over the East-West direction of the longest wall of this condo building.
  • BNKM specified the crack repair procedure, prescribed the materials to be used, and supervised the construction process step by step.
  • The scope of work in this project for BNKM was combination of Engineering, Construction Management, Quality control & assurance.    

Concrete Slab & Fence Replacement:

  • The old wooden fence was unstable with no posts foundations, Also the concrete slabs were deteriorated, settled  and cracked.
  • Complete replacement was applied to the wooden fence after applying concrete foundations under each post to support against wind load.
  • Complete replacement for the concrete slabs was applied after proper soil compaction and adding steel wire mesh.
