Restoration Project -

Affected walls were extended over different rooms in the basement level
Mould affected the drywall sheets, batt insulation, and the wooden studs
Full removal to the affected components were took place and integrated restoration process were applied.
In addition to the restoration and repair, our scope of work included waterproofing, roof repair and flood sensor installation

Water leakage signs appeared at the basement level against the exterior walls and basement floors
Exterior Waterproofing was not available due to an exiting outdoor structure
By removing the wet drywall, soaking bat insulation and carpet flooring we were able to identify the source of the water
After applying the waterproofing system from inside and adding a sump-pump the basement became dry and warm.
In addition to the restoration and repaire, our scope of work included full basement finishing

Heavy fire occurred at the exterior service stair and extended for long time affecting the concrete & structral steel
Our teams removed the deteriorated concrete and exposed the affected steel bars to start the repair process.
All cracks and structrual damages have been repaire according to the engineering recommendations & guidelines
In addition to the restoration, our scope included railing replacement, installing fire alarm systems, new fire rated doors.
